Our ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering data and creating Credit and Accounts Receivable related reporting for better transparency into current process performance. The Credit Systems Specialist will work with the Credit and Accounts Receivable management team to generate any required KPI reports. This position will also assist in a project management support role collecting data and ensuring project deliverables are met.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, gather, and help create reports required; to allow the Credit Managers to analyze data trends

  • Track measurements on essential Credit and Accounts Receivable KPIs

  • Maintain process flow documentation updates for all processes within the Credit and Accounts Receivable team, prepare documents for audit reviews and test controls

  • Work on short task assignments with Credit and Accounts Receivable process owners to document process defects and improvement opportunities

  • Support commercial Lien and Bond claim requirements

  • Assists project teams on testing and support implementation requirements

  • Oversee system outages

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Credit, Accounts Receivable or Information Systems experience

  • Strong SAP experience

  • Strong Customer Support experience

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • NACM certification(s)

  • Strong BillTrust experience

  • Strong Handle experience

Competencies:

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and interfaces a plus

  • Demonstrate initiative, ownership and accountability

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Professional oral and written communication skills

  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

  • Familiarity with various platforms, including Highradius, BillTrust and more

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
